Studio Policies

  • Booking reservations must be made through vagaro.com/osjyoga or by calling the studio at (939) 336 5528.

    We allow drop-ins but do not guarantee class availability if a prior booking has not been made.

    Prices, classes, and instructors are subject to change. Please check our Vagaro profile for the most current schedule.

  • In consideration of the instructors, fellow class members, and your own security, we will not be able to allow entrance into group classes past five (5) minutes of the class start time.

    Be sure to give yourself enough time to plan transportation and parking if necessary. Thank you in advance for understanding!

  • Thank you for respecting and honoring our strict 12-hour cancellation policy for all group classes and 24-hour cancellation policy for private session bookings.

    All cancellations and reschedules must be managed online via our app or by calling the studio within the cancellation/reschedule window to avoid forfeiting your class credit.

    Reschedules must be kept within the package expiration date.

    A single-bought class is only allowed one (1) reschedule.

    We understand that life can be unpredictable. In case of personal medical emergencies, please contact the studio via email at studioconcierge@osjyoga.com in order to help us better accommodate you.

  • All class packages have an expiration date. Please consider the package you choose to purchase with your travel dates and our studio holidays as expiration dates are not flexible.

    • All group class packs have sixty (60) days of validity from the date of purchase.

    • All private class packages have ninety (90) days of validity from the date of purchase; this includes personal training sessions.

    We understand that life can be unpredictable. In case of personal medical emergencies, please contact the studio via email at studioconcierge@osjyoga.com before the package expiration date in order to help us better accommodate you.

  • Membership Benefits

    • Unlimited monthly classes at the studio.

    • Priority in-studio booking with studio concierge.

    • Two-hour cancellation window before reserved classes.

    • 10% off in-studio retail purchases.

    • No long-term contract.

    • Access to studio events.

    Membership Terms & Conditions

    • The All Access Membership is offered for $360.00 a month with no commitment.

    • Unlike our class packages, the All Access Membership has an automatic monthly payment renewal.

    • Memberships are non-refundable, exchangeable, or transferable.

    • If you do not show up to class or cancel the class before the 2-hour period, a $25.00 no-show fee will be charged to the credit card on file.

    • If you wish to cancel your monthly membership, you must submit a written request to studioconcierge@osjyoga.com a minimum of 15 days prior to the next renewal date.

  • It is required that all pilates reformer students wear grip socks.

  • Please consult with a specialist about what classes you can take if you are pregnant, have preexisting medical conditions, or are taking controlled medications.

    If pregnant, be sure to contact the studio beforehand in order for us to best accommodate you to the class of interest as not all classes are prenatal-friendly.

    One of the many amazing benefits of pilates and yoga is that they are low impact, making them a perfect fit for our active moms-to-be. However, some factors may affect your workouts, for example, age, health history, and current baby/mom health status.

  • Please be conscious of filming yourself during class, as it is allowed as long as it does not intrude on others' use and enjoyment of the same space and the content is not of private or offensive nature.

    OSJY reserves the right to document by pictures & recordings, taken during studio classes for marketing and teaching purposes.

  • We are not responsible for the objects left in the common areas, if an object is found, it will be kept for a period of one month (30 days) and if not claimed during this time frame, it will be discarded or donated.

  • Unfortunately, we do not offer child or pet-sitting at this time.

    For the safety and respect of our clients, minors under the age of 12 years old and pets are not allowed in the studio waiting areas unaccompanied.

    Moreover, guests not attending the class in session are prohibited from functioning as an audience.

  • Please avoid disruptive conversations in common areas while classes are in session, we must respect the practice of others.

    For the safety and fluidity of the class, personal belongings are not allowed inside the practice space with the exception of small towels and closed water bottles.

    We kindly ask that all cell phones and wearable tech are turned off or put on silent mode during classes and private sessions. If phones begin to ring we reserve the right to find the phone and silence it.

    If you are on call or if you have a sick child, the receptionist will be pleased to monitor your phone for the duration of your class.
