Philosophy

We are seasonal beings. As light, temperature, ocean currents, and vegetation change, so do we inside and out. One powerful way to reconnect with our bodies and improve our daily movement is to shift our exercise routines in accordance with our energies, interests, and seasonal resources. We like to alter our class schedule every season in order to keep our moods elevated and our adaptability in check.

We spend diligent time preparing quarterly programs that incorporate movement, mobility, strength, and restoration.
